My daily morning non negotiables…

1. 😘Early to rise b/c ❤️ the morning energy.

2. 🙏Meditate. Stillness. Closeness.

3. 💪Some kind of movement. Maybe yoga or a stretch. Nothing crazy.

4. 💦Hydration. I drink loads of water w 🍋. I leave jars all over the house to make it easier to drink up.
