Good morning!
I see you worried, tired and shy to the mundane ways of life.
Do not worry, do not shy away from places you must walk. Just remember you do not need to operate at lower frequencies to walk in the darkness. You are to walk tall and bright for you must bare light in the areas there is none.
With truth, love, kindness and authenticly you. No need to stay long, simply make wave and let the ripples take effect.

Life is changing for many. Many are feeling the shift of energy, however do not understand it. They put to much tough to it and do not allow natural flow.
Many do not understand, the symptoms are because they are not ready for rising, many misunderstand thinking is because they are ascending. Which is far from the truth. Yes. There always growing pains. However the transition is easier when your physical body is as ready as your etheric body.

Stay diligent to your self preservation as much as your own awareness and responsibility.

Stop focusing on what others do or not do according to what they say. Look in the mirror 🪞 and see what you must change, work on or surrender, to be where you need to be in your journey then step forward by leading by example.

So much truth being revealed yet many still can not see it. Instead of using your energy to control what they see, use your energy to shift your own awareness and enhance your potential to achieve your goals. Do not try to do to much at once.

Do not need a list. Simply think of one thing achieve it than think of the next one and move forward never backwards.

You are your own reflection!! Walking in chaos trying to control everyone else to see things the way you do is exhausting you. When no one sees you, simply walk away. Do not need to make yourself noticeable. Those that are meant to see you, will do so.

All in divine universal timing.

When you try to force it, you only create delays..

Deep breath, barefoot walks, hug and talk to nature.

And do not form any attachments. Simply love it all and take it as it comes for what it is.
