Hello friends and colleagues
2018 is starting with a positive outlook
Thanks to great clients and honest work.

Our team is currently working as a call of contractors on a very prestigious Hospital here in Doha . This project and it's challenges is shaping our team to rise for the occasion.

On the hospitality side and as a Design and build project ,we are converting a 45 years old building that consist of a 5 stories structure to a back of house of 5 star hotel in Mathaf area.
The project requires reinforcing and increasing the structure's life for another 40 years minimum and accommodate the hotel's services requirements. Construction is expected to end by end of May.

On the Design side ; Our team is working on a 6000 sqm 3 stories new structure to be used as construction lab facility for a government entity.

On the Drawing board we are designing a new local bank , 2 new residential villas for Beirut Lebanon and a new Amenities for an International School here in Doha .

We will be posting project progress pictures as we go .

This has been a challenging year for our industry here in Qatar and the region and to top it all we have to deal with this uncalled for embargo. But with the astute leadership of Qatar , I believe the future is going to be brighter and more promissing.
No doubt that this embargo made Doha and the whole country more united and much stronger.
May God Bless this Beautiful Country and its beautiful people .
