Drinking coffee too early can lower how well cortisol works and train your body to depend on caffeine instead.

What to do? Wait 60–90 minutes after waking before consuming caffeinated drinks. Your energy boost will be stronger and last longer.

You see, your ears aren’t just for listening - they’re also your built-in balance system!

In a bowl, add 1 cup of blueberries, 1 teaspoon of chia seeds and a dash of maple syrup. Then microwave and mix.

On a tray, put spoon-sized pieces of the mixture, and freeze for 4-6 hours.

In a separate bowl mix coconut yogurt and matcha.

Coat your frozen blueberry in the yogurt and matcha mixture.

Then freeze again for 1 to 2 hours. ❄️
Finally…enjoy!!
