Yes, you can have creamy pasta and keep it light, fresh, and gut-friendly.

• 1 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
• 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• Juice + zest of 1 lemon
• 1 garlic clove (grated)
• 2 tbsp grated parmesan (optional)
• 120 g whole wheat pasta
• Salt + black pepper to taste
• Optional: chopped parsley or baby spinach

Why it works:
• Ricotta is high in protein + calcium
• Lemon adds vitamin C + bright flavor
• Olive oil replaces heavy dairy fats
• Whole wheat pasta = more fiber + fewer blood sugar spikes

Want to feel full without overeating?

Try volume eating: filling your plate with high‑volume, low‑calorie foods like:

🥬 Leafy greens
🥒 Cucumber
🍓 Berries
🍲 Broth-based soups
🍠 Roasted veggies

These foods take up space in your stomach, signal fullness, and support digestion without excess calories or sugar crashes.

💡 It’s not about eating less.
It’s about eating smart volume.

Prevention works best when it’s steady: routine screening where appropriate, staying active, and normalizing everyday talk about health.

No, carrots won’t give you super night vision, but they do provide vitamin A for eye health.
True night vision comes from rod cells in your retina, and vitamin A deficiency can cause severe vision issues. Unfortunately, eating a surplus of vitamin A will not give you superhero sight!
Eat carrots for color, crunch, and general eye support but don’t expect X-ray vision! 🥕
