Last week, we participated in KI Innovations AB InvestorDay event, and it was inspiring to see all the talented startups showcasing their innovations with the potential to make a real difference in people’s lives. Thermaiscan team was there and presented our innovation within breast cancer screenings.

The day was expertly guided by a fantastic moderator Ronja Koepke, whose energy and insight set the tone for an engaging and dynamic event.

InvestorDay2025 was organized by Karolinska Innovation’s DRIVE incubator program, a crucial player in the Swedish life science ecosystem – especially within the Stockholm region. Just as preschool is essential for a child’s learning and development for the rest of the child's life, this incubator plays a similar role for young companies. It provides the foundation for our growth and success, and its importance should not be underestimated. We are very thankful for being part of this great community and incubator program!

Just wrapped up an amazing experience at Web Summit Qatar as part of the Swedish Incubators & Science Parks and Ignite Sweden!

A huge thank you to Sasan Shaba (SISP) and Linus Arnold (Ignite) for organizing such a fantastic trip to Qatar and Web Summit which was an outstanding event that brought together people from around the world. We also appreciate spending time with other successful Swedish founders and companies, as their spirit, innovation and track record inspires and motivates us.

We were also honored to meet the Swedish Embassy team, including Ambassador Gautam S. Bhattacharyya, Mia Månsbacka, Fredrik Olson, and Doua Elmalik, whose unwavering support during the years have been important for us and other Swedish companies. Thanks to their efforts, we connected with key professionals from Microsoft, Ericsson, Qatar Research, Development and Innovation (QRDI) Council, Saab, and the Qatar Foundation Research and Development as you can see on the image from a luxury dinner, unlocking exciting opportunities and insights into the region.

A special highlight was the roundtable discussions hosted by Corporate Innovation Summit at the Museum of Islamic Art—a truly inspiring setting where we engaged with mandate stakeholders from Sidra Medicine and American Chamber of Commerce in Qatar chamber as example. These meaningful conversations are paving the way for future collaborations and impact-driven innovation. We are happy to be part of the Armenian Association of Digital Health (AADH)! 🇦🇲✨

Since 2020, we have conducted deep tech research in Yerevan, leading to our Breast Cancer Pre-Screening solution—a non-invasive, radiation-free tool that empowers nurses in both urban and rural areas.

Our goal? To bring this life-saving technology to Armenia in 2025 and improve access to early detection and care.

Together with AADH, we are shaping the future of digital health & equitable healthcare.

We were delighted to host the members of the Swedish Thermaiscan Technology team, who are at the forefront of innovative health technology. Led by Swedish-Armenian entrepreneurs and specialists, their groundbreaking thermal imaging technology is designed to detect and assess potential health issues, particularly in breast cancer screening.

Thermaiscan has already signed partnership agreements with several medical centers in Armenia to work together developing the Thermaiscan AI and smartphone-based breast cancer pre-screening solution. Simultanously, Thermaiscan is conducting clinical studies and research in Armenia and in Sweden led by Principal Investigators Dr. Nerses Berberian and Dr. med. Axel Gräwingholt incorporating those findings to improve their technology.
