We have a serious health problem in Qatar...
The rates of heart disease, obesity, diabetes and other preventable diseases are at an all time high in our beautiful country and the one thing that can save us is proper health education. My aim is to empower and educate Qataris about nutrition (the real, whole foods kind!) and exercise. I do not want to keep bringing you back so that you depend on a personal trainer or nutritionist, I want to teach you the tools you need to evaluate your lifestyle and then send you on your way. Stay tuned for seminars and cooking classes with priority for Qatari women! My name is Kawthar* and I am a Qatari American with a passion for health and education. I am an International Sport Sciences Association (ISSA) Certified Personal Trainer and a Fitness Nutrition Specialist (National Academy of Sports Medicine). After struggling with my weight for many years and trying lots of fad diets, I finally learned how to be the fittest I have ever been after doing research for myself and spending some time training with the U.S Army in Washington, D.C.

I've been working on a new 4 week plan for myself because I felt my old plan needed adjustment and I realized hey why don't I share this with my awesome followers! So this plan is made for my own personal fitness goals (strength + fat loss) but you guys can adapt it and follow it if you want! I changed the sets to 3 instead of 4 after I took the picture, FYI. I'll be hanging out in Dana Club a lot in the next few weeks since my rack and weights haven't arrived yet, so don't be shy to come say hi!
P.S. I didn't post the exact workout because it involves lifting very heavy free weights and I absolutely don't condone doing that without a certified trainer WHO KNOWS WHAT THEYRE DOING (that last part is very important or you will get hurt) if you want a specific plan or to follow the exact program with me I can train you myself or point you to someone who can.
