In Brain Education’s method of training, there is a process and structure that is curriculum based. 📖
1) You can’t get to the heart if without the body and mind open in line as well first.
2) Informative Education to navigate the process is helpful for your brain…Yet to feel and understand it in your body from an experiential standpoint is crucial for integration.🧘
3) Knowledge is only a rumour until it exists in the body. To speak to the truth in our heart, we need to experience that information as something visceral from a sensational standpoint. 🫀
