KNOW THESE FACTS ABOUT PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT AND KNOW PEACE .

Always have at the back of your my that your PPE is considered the least effective option in the hierarchy of hazard control because it only protects the user and does not eliminate or reduce the hazard it self.

-PPE is worn to minimize and mitigate the risk hazard associated with wide variety of working

-When PPE is not used properly or when one is not using the right PPE,it exposes the worker to risk to their Health and Safety and can result to physical Hazard,Eg: psychological Stress and impaired Vision, Restricted movement and communication. It can also cause slip, Trip and fall , affecting how well the individual performs his/her job and can cause over heat if the PPE is stopping the sweat from evaporating.
