When he started teaching in resorts people stay there only for few weeks .so he felt as normal way of teaching it’s not bring the fast result in short time from this thoughts sawsthi yoga borne .He designed a special style which people stated the transformation with in weeks now sawasthi yoga .now he decided to give this to the world so in fast life every one can get fast result in shorter time frame

During his studies and teaching he understand this way systems is giving less effects in a fast life which people living. Therefore he designed a way of yoga practice called swasthi yoga swasthi or svasti”is a Sanskrit word means wellbeing or goodness. It starts with various breathing techniques and meditation each pose goes as connected one after the other to activate the entire muscles through poses.100 of people benefited and transformed there Body, health, happiness . There will be 1000’s of assisted techniques to support the student as per their present body condition, health, flexibility. He is guiding each pose to open up the entire diameter of the body much faster than normal and its making the practice much easier safe and faster to master the poses. As per Vishnu Prasad swasthi yoga philosophy is progress and process goes hand in hand .Within few classes we can see and feel the changes.
