في الغالب يمكن الحمل طبيعيا مع وجود أورام ليفية، لكن يمكن أن يمنع الحمل حسب مكانه وحجمه فاذا وجد الورم في تجويف الرحم تزداد إحتمالية ان يعيق حدوث الحمل
