اليوم، الحياة سريعة جدًا، هذه السرعة تجلب معها الكثير من التوقعات والقوانين والشروط لنواكب هذا الزمن ونقوم بأفضل ما فينا. أريد أن أكون طالبة ممتازة، زوجة رائعة، موظفة مجتهدة، وأم مذهلة لأطفالي. ولكن، ماذا تتوقعون أن تجلب كل هذه التوقعات معها، وهو ما نراه بالعيادة بشكل شبه يومي؟ نعم، ضغط نفسي مرتفع جدًا!
في مجلسنا الأول، سنتحدث نحن النساء عن الضغوط النفسية التي تتعرض لها الأنثى العربية وكيف يمكننا التعامل معها والتخفيف منها، وسيكون المجلس تحت عنوان: التعامل مع الضغط النفسي والتوقعات العالية منا كنساء
وستكون المحاور كالتالي:

- ما هو الضغط النفسي؟
- كيف يظهر الضغط النفسي على أجسادنا وأنفسنا؟
- خطورة التوقعات العالية في زيادة الضغط النفسي.

تحمل ساجدة درجة الماجستير في علم النفس الإكلينيكي وتعمل حاليًا كأخصائية نفسية عيادية مرخصة في عيادة فلوريشن مايندز. عملت ساجدة سابقًا في العلاج النفسي مع فئات وأعمار مختلفة بين الأردن وقطر، وفي الدعم النفسي للنساء خصوصًا لما يقارب 3 سنوات في مستشفى سدرة للطب - قطر. حاليًا، تقدم الدعم بشكلٍ أساسي لاضطرابات الاكتئاب والقلق، واضطرابات الشخصية.
