After Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, we end our tour of North-East Asia with Beijing in China where we were present until May 22, 2025.
A trip rich in enriching encounters, an opening to a booming Asian luxury food market, very promising for the future.

Hong Kong, the last stop on our Southeast Asian Journey. Located opposite mainland China, connected by the Hong-Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge.
Hong Kong is an island that is both strategic and commercial. Known to be a global platform for exporting goods.

This honey is also classified as a rare endemic honey, 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐲 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐚 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐮𝐩 𝐭𝐨 𝟏𝟒 𝐨𝐫 𝟏𝟖 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐬, taking into account the favourable and varied weather conditions in microclimates (rain and regular sunshine).

Red Tan Honey (Weinmannia tinctoria),
the green sheen honey endemic to Reunion Island.
A rare honey, naturally very fragrant, unctuous in the mouth.
This small shrub from which this very rare and world-famous honey is derived has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site for more than 20 years.

The months of July/August correspond to the flowering of lychees on Reunion Island.
The lychee honey is harvested in September.
While the lychees (fruits) will be ready to be picked from the end of November, December until the beginning of January.
