ADHO MUKHA SVANASANA - Downward Facing Dog

Postura "Cainele cu fata in jos" ajuta la imbunatatirea tonusului muscular al bratelor si picioarelor. Intareste in special muschii bratelor, gambele, partea din spate a coapselor, si alungeste coloana vertebrala. Deschide si intareste articulatiile umerilor.
Fiind o inversie, stimuleaza circulatia sangelui in tot corpul. Intareste si musculatura abdominala, care ajuta la stabilizarea coloanei vertebrale.

Postura "Razboinicul 1" ajuta la imbunatatirea echilibrului, a tonusului muscular, si a focusarii. Intareste musculatura bratelor, a picioarelor, a spatelui si alungeste coloana vertebrala. Imbunatateste capacitatea pulmonara si stimuleaza circulatia sangelui in tot corpul. Tonifica in special muschii bratelor, ai coapselor si gambelor, cei fesieri, gleznele, dar si musculatura abdominala.

Statuia , Taurul sfant al lui Shiva, mereu in asteptare, simbolizeaza cele doua calitati ale starii meditative, relaxare si actiune in acelasi timp.
Statuia de 4,50 m inaltime, din fata centrului este cea mai inalta statuie din metal a Nandi, din lume.

Postura "Razboinicul 2" ajuta la imbunatatirea tonusului muscular, a stabilitatii si a concentrarii. Intareste musculatura picioarelor, a spatelui si a bratelor. VRKSASANA - Tree Pose
Postura "Copacul" este benefica pentru corectarea pozitiei coloanei vertebrale, si imbunatateste postura generala a corpului nostru. Ajuta la imbunatatirea echilibrului, a coordonarii neuro-musculare, a concentrarii, a stabilitatii gleznelor si picioarelor. Executata corect, intareste muschii abdominali, ai coapselor, muschii fesieri, deschide articulatiile soldurilor si alungeste coloana.
Postura "Copacul" relaxeaza mintea si ajuta la eliminarea anxietatii.
