Over the last days, in the retreat with Sri Vasudeva, we explored the magic of Prana which is the animated life force that permeates and sustains all existence. Our physical body is alive because of prana.
But this energetic aspect of our existence is more than just a force that is sustaining our bodies, it have this amazing role of interconnecting all expressions of our being. From gross to more subtler and subtle
Sri Vasudeva guided the group in few practices of the yogic pranayama exercises for cleansing, recharging. Always a super boost with a calming and joyful experience.
But as the days went on Sri Vasudeva added some variations in which one can manipulate this life force through the breath in connection with the chakra system for either cleansing or recharging, dispelling stagnation, agitation and bringing light ( sattva ) in every chakra
And through the magic of Mahayoga which is Shaktipat yoga can take one even through pranayama techniques to experience the Bliss of the Self when all the pathways are cleaner and cleaner.
After so many years in these practices, there is another power in tunning into and manipulating this life force to more and more subtler depths , yet through the grossest layer which is the physical body .

Guru? Or Guru Principle?
For those that are still afraid, misinterpreting or judge, please read it with an open mind. This cannot be grasped with a mind that is fixed on ideas, principles and is resisting, And this is just perfect, as the Universe is perfect, all Knowing.
My Divine experiences with this picture in Blue Star ashram.
Back in 2012
At that time I was at the beginning of intense Ashram sadhana and transformation .
In Sri Vasudeva's physical presence, in the temple or anywhere in the ashram where his presence was felt through the physical form , I would have felt intensive uplifting energies in my being, with Divine experiences, an inner lightness , something beyond the common human range of perception and elevated states I would have ever had in this life . But after that I would get contracted back and returning to the same common inner state that Iused to be in.
So here is the magic:
When I was working in the ashram library, this canvas picture was in the wellness where I had to pass through to reach the library.
So, so many times when I struggled to be in that elevated state that I was experiencing in the temple, around Sri Vasudeva and i would have craved to have it back , I would come out from library and gaze at this picture, read the words, gaze at the picture until the picture was becoming alive and i would have felt a shift in my energies, perception and inner state was completely elevated to what I was craving for.
I was falling like a veil was removing in connecting with the picture and the message.
This Is Guru Principle in manifestation.

What is written on the picture:
" Love, peace, wisdom and Joy are the essence of the Guru principle that exists within you.
The Guru is the creating, sustaining and destroying power.
Who is the witness inside untouched by the world?
that is not a human being. That is a principle that exists in a human being .
Our intelligence is conscious that its life is the same as the life in all being . It is our breath that is the breath in all being.
Ultimately all beings are a manifestation of the Divine Consciousnes.
Sri Vasudeva, embodiment of the Guru principle.
What is the difference between myself and you?
The difference are in the body, in the temperament, in the psychological feelings and physical experiences
there are no differences in essential things.
You are myself in God. You are myself as my inner Divine Consciousness.
Everywhere is the same beauty, the same power, the same Consciousness of God that is operative.
The Light in me and the Light in you are not two separate things. It is the same Light. it is the source of infinite wealth.
Experinec it consciously and enjoy the infinite peace, happiness power and joy '' Sri Vasudeva

Energy and Consciousness
With Mahayoga, with sincere and devoted practice, placing the whole attention on Sushumna Nadi, when is properly awakened and it lights up, a light begins to glow in and around you.
Your consciousness might not shift so quickly, but your energies will shift and will partially enlighten your beingness for the moment. And this is achievable with certain practices, dedication and discipline
But to gain a steady level of enlightened consciousness and go beyond the limitations of the mind and karma this is something that is mysterious.
is it the ultimate Grace for the soul.
The root of liberation is the Grace of Self. ( Moksha Mulam Guroh Krpa)
