Ever felt that words alone couldn’t capture the depth of your emotions or experiences?

Welcome to the world of embodiment and art therapy, where the body becomes the guide, and the canvas the storyteller.

What is embodiment?
In this therapeutic approach, we acknowledge the profound connection between the mind and body. It’s about being present, listening to the subtle cues your body offers, and understanding that healing involves your entire being.

Through the upcoming Sunday Flow & Draw sessions, you will be exploring your emotions through the body, while expressing them and connecting through color.

A fun and unwinding series of workshops merging yoga, art and therapy, coming soon with , a truly free and creative spirit who is becoming ready to share what she’s been gathering up all these years.

Coming to a yoga class is not just coming for a stretch.

It’s taking a moment for yourself, puting aside all the chatter of the mind, observing your own psysical, mental and emotional body, in whatever shape it is.

It’s sitting with your own breath, it’s noticing every bit of muscle sometimes struggling, it’s observing the wandering thoughts that don’t let you unwind or the bubbling emotions when you awaken your senses in an area of your body that you maybe forgot.

Sometimes yoga is not pleasant, and not easy, especially for the mind. But it’s practice. The practice of acceptance of whatever it is you are feeling. And that, with time, can turn into a softer form of resilience.

This week’s schedule is packed with yummy sessions, whatever your cravings are:
from our regular Qi Gong, Pilates, Yin, Vinyasa & Hatha Yoga classes ➡️ to a new embodiment course with ( this week she is holding a FREE taster session) and a slow yoga class interlaced with somatic practices with . During the weekend you can join .georgescu and get your emotions moving or just relax to the beat of the drums, gongs, and therapeutic bowls during the sound healing session.

Why slow down when there is so much to do?

I’ve recently heard a saying - “There isn’t much time, so we’re gonna take it slow”, and that couldn’t be truer.

Slowing down does not mean procrastinating, wasting time, being late, or doing and caring less.

Slowing down is taking a moment whenever we find ourselves overwhelmed, to breathe and to observe. To notice firstly whatever it is we are feeling, where it is really coming from, and what we can efficiently do about it. It is waking up slowly and moving with awareness, it is having a coffee on a Sunday afternoon and planning our week ahead, including down time, it is taking time to find the right words in an argument, it is being patient with others, our expectations, and with ourselves.

And, in the end, slowing down is living less in the future and more in the present, but it all comes from small daily adjustments.

✨Thinking of three things you’re thankful for - make it a daily habit to visualize what’s good in your life. This can directly impact your mood throughout the day, as well as your sleep quality.

Has the sun touched your skin this morning? 🌞

Sunlight’s effect on mental and physical health goes further than the spiritual connection and oneness with the universe: at least 10 minutes of sunlight exposure in the morning is the easiest thing we can do to support our metabolism, hormone system and emotional regulation.

Having that in mind, why not take a walk towards our studio while the sun is still warm, and attend one of our morning classes? Or just stop by to talk about your projects that could take shape in our space 🤞
