Este important sa ne imbunatatim postura pe cat se poate, insa cel mai important este sa ne miscam zilnic, fie ca e mers, inot, ciclism, urcat scari, etc.

Cu siguranta nu cred ca un masaj, trosnitura a oaselor, curenti, TECAR, etc. sunt solutii unice la orice durere musculara, insa tare e bine sa ai cunostiinte despre anatomia umana si mai ales sa cunosti o tehnica de masaj.
Sa ajuti pe cineva sa scape de o durere care il chinuie de cateva luni, ce poate fi mai frumos?!
D**a 6 sedinte de terapie, Cosmin a reusit sa scape aproape 100% de o durere in talpa pe care o avea de mai bine de 7 luni.

Ieri m am vazut cu Claudia, care a facut handbal pana pe la 18 ani, iar de 5 ani practica MMA.
Eu: Cat timp mai ai de gand sa faci acest sport?
: Cat o sa ma tina corpul.
Am primit cel mai bun raspuns posibil. Atunci cand faci sport de o viata realizezi cat de important este sa ai grija de corpul tau.
Fie ca esti sportiv de performanta sau simplu pasionat de sport, REFACEREA trebuie sa fie o prioritate la fel ca si antrenamentul.

Recuperare progresiva a mobilitatii umarului.
Forta gravitatiei este diminuata prin folosirea scaunului, astfel incat exercitiul sa se faca fara durere.

In timpul mersului, bratele trebuie sa oscileze pe langa corp, astfel incat corpul capata o usoara rotatie.
Daca bratele nu se misca corpul va compensa acea miscare in alta parte, sold, genunchi, etc.
Ce putem face pentru asta:
- constientizeaza miscarea bratelor;
- evita sa tii mainile in buzunare in timp ce mergi;
- evita sa tii obiecte in mana in timp ce mergi, pe cat posibil ;
- evita sa tii posete voluminoase pe umar la plimbare;
Mai intai de toate, sa invatam sa mergem!

Our Story

My name is Virgil, your special massage therapist.

After 10 years of police work I chose to do something where I am more skillful and that can bring me more fulfillment, so I became a Massage Therapist.

I followed Texas Massage School where I settled my fundamentals in massage therapy. Continuous education in this field with seminars in myofacial therapy, sports massage/deep tissue, cupping, lymphatic drainage and working with some skillful therapists enlarged my knowledge about manual therapy and the benefits of it.

I find massage therapy to be an amazing tool in this world that is helping you live and enjoy a better life.
