👉 The Mistake I Made When I Said “I Don’t Have Time”
I don’t have time to do something for myself,
I don’t have time to practice yoga daily,
I don’t have time to run,
I don’t have time to cook healthy meals,
I don’t have time to read a book.
Sounds familiar?
📊 Research confirms:
Over 80% of people say that lack of time is the main barrier to making a change.
But in reality, studies show we spend on average more than 2 hours a day on social media and nearly 3 hours a day watching TV or Netflix.
That’s more than 30 hours per week.
❓So why do we do this?
When we say “I don’t have time,” what we really mean is: “this is not important to me right now” or “this is not my priority.”
But we don’t say it consciously — it’s an impulsive reaction, because most of the time we live in constant stress.
Under stress, we prioritize emotionally, not rationally.
We instinctively choose what feels urgent or what brings quick relief — scrolling, TV, Netflix — even if in the long run it drains us.
“I don’t have time” becomes a shield to keep us in the same place.
🌿 From an energy perspective:
When we are stressed, the mind governs us with negative and excessive thoughts that drain the energy we actually need to live.
These low-vibration impulses activate the amygdala — the fear center — making our decisions impulsive, while blocking access to clarity and discernment.
🧘 His Holiness Guru Bodhisatvan Madhavacharyan teaches us that we can have time for all our duties, but only if time is created with discipline.
If we wake up early and start the day with yoga practice, we gain two things:
✔️ a feel good factor because we know we’ve done something powerful for our health,
✔️ and, both scientifically and energetically, Nirvana Yoga brings in a flow of positive energy that manifests as clarity, discernment, and calm.
I’m no stranger to the thought “I don’t have time.”
At the beginning, it was a real barrier for me too. I was working 10–12 hours a day, going to bed late with Netflix on, hitting snooze 4–5 times in the morning, and rushing out the door with just a coffee.
But as I kept practicing yoga and felt the benefits, I naturally changed the habits that kept me stuck in a loop of stress and anxiety — and I found time to practice daily.
✨ This is exactly why I created the free 4-session program: so you can directly experience the benefits and make an informed and empowered decision for your future.
👉 It is not normal to live with chronic stress. Change is possible.
