Day three of the Biofeedback Federation of Europe Conference started exactly the way I love it: with good emotions, curious minds, and a room full of professionals passionate about the human brain.
I had the joy of leading a workshop dedicated to integrating neurofeedback into clinical practice — a topic that has been part of my life for many years and one that continues to fascinate me every time I teach it.
As I spoke about the mechanisms behind self‑regulation, shared clinical examples, and explored how technology can enhance traditional therapy, I looked around the room and saw exactly what fuels me: people taking notes, asking questions, smiling, connecting ideas.
It was a lively, natural conversation — sometimes technical, sometimes deeply human — just like it always is when science meets real‑life practice.
And although I was the one at the flipchart and standing by the screen, this workshop was truly built together. Through their questions, their stories, their challenges, everyone in the room added something meaningful.
I’m deeply grateful for this international community that believes in the same mission I do: that the mind has extraordinary potential when we offer it the right tools and a safe space to heal and grow.
It was a full, beautiful, and very authentic day — and yet another reminder that neurofeedback and integrative psychotherapy can work hand in hand to create real, lasting change 🧠✨
