Pentru ca astazi este luna plina si este un moment energetic bun pentru a ne detasa de aspecte din viata noastra care nu ne servesc, va propun o clasa speciala.

De la 19.20 clasa de Vinyasa va avea tema The Art of Letting Go

Va astept sa facem curat prin "dulapuri si sertare" sa aruncam cele vechi, sa facem loc pentru cele noi.
