The idea of developing an affordable Thulium laser surgical device emerged from the experience and need of dr. Codrut Raduta and dr. Boris Batir who pioneered Thulium laser procedures in Romania. The research and development project took almost three years and involved specialists from USA, Germany, Canada, France, UK and Romania. Before CVINTALL TM 120 the Thulium laser procedures were not accessible to patients in most countries because of the high cost of similar devices already on the market and hospitals simply cannot afford to have one.
