Pose of the day:
Virabhadrasana II
is a strengthening pose that improves physical and mental endurance.
The pose creates length in a series of muscles, including the pectoralis major, biceps, front-leg hamstrings, and back-leg psoas and gastrocnemius and soleux complex. It also requires balance and steadiness and is sometimes referred to as side lunge or skandasana.

Eka Pada Chaturanga sau One Legged Chaturanga

Am început să practic inițial postura chaturanga cu zero forță în brațe cu ani în urmă și la fiecare clasă de yoga, mă uitam la profesoara de yoga și mă gândeam, omg it’s crazy, este super human, de unde are atâta grație și putere în brațele delicate? Eh, vă spun eu, prin multeee ore de practică, multă transpirație și perseverență. Nu e ușor, dar e tare plăcut sentimentul când îți iese. Promit! 💚🍀

Beneficii:
✨Întărește musculatura umerilor, spatelui, brațelui și picioarelor
✨ Tonifică musculatura fesierilor 🤩
✨ Îmbunătățește echilibrul și concentrarea

Contraindicații:
⚡️ Accidentări ale umerilor, coatelor sau șoldurilor.

Hai să practicăm împreună în ritmul tău și să te bucuri de starea pe care ți-o oferă yoga.
