Get in, weâre retreating to the seaside.
In less than 22 days, we will gather for a 4-day retreat covering yoga x mobility classes, self-inquiry, and community building.
Weâre serious when we say this butâŚ
Over the years, weâve seen new friendships formed during our retreats and programs, which is truly amazing. People who had never met before became best friends, thanks to one thing they had in common: practicing yoga.
So, weâre all set for more friendship, relaxation, exploration, and practice, as well as learning new things about the practice and ourselves.
Hereâs what to expect:
đ§đťââď¸Â Movement. Six sessions led by . These will include guided meditations, breathwork exercises, and a mix of power and slow yoga classes combined with mobility exercises.
đ Self-inquiry. Under the guidance of as a life coach, be ready to get present, look hard, connect, ask tough questions and grow.
đŻââď¸Â Community. Weâre providing ample time to get to know your fellow attendees, along with some solo time to relax and recharge. Get ready to forge inspiring human connections.

Registration is now open for the Move, Breathe, Transform Retreat led by
The retreat is a 4-day experience designed to refine and enhance your self-care routine.
Whatâs included:
â Accommodation: 3-nights in a double or single room.
â Food: breakfast and dinner.
â Practice: daily yoga on the beach and on the venue terrace.
â Movement: youâll participate in six sessions led by Alexandra Negulescu. These will include guided meditations, breath-work exercises, and a mix of power and slow yoga classes combined with mobility exercises
In addition to our regular yoga classes at , we invite you to join us on Sunday, March 3, for a 2-hour workshop designed to boost your energy, focus inward, and create space for what you want to welcome into the new season.
Weâll start with a breathwork and yoga session that fosters a connection between mind, body, and the heartâs deepest desires through gentle movements. These will progressively intensify, setting a solid groundwork for introspection and self-reflection exercises.
You will leave this session with a renewed sense of purpose having had time to reflect, challenge, release, rest and reset, whilst planting seeds of new habits for the new season.

We recycle everything and we do not sell plastic bottled water, the yoga accessories are from a sustainable brand, we make our own cleaning supplies and we want to spread the word that these practices are not that hard to apply in anyoneâs life or in a business. We feel that the yoga mindset incorporates conscious living and behaviour towards leaving the least harmful impact on the planet.
We also believe in Seva, or giving back to oneâs community. That is why we founded our signature Omnes yoga class, which is a Free Yoga Class every Saturday from 10:30 am, to promote health and well-being in Bucharest. Classes are taught by our teachers who give freely they time for this class to make yogaâs benefits accessible to all.
