YOGA for CALM & BALANCE✨

This class is an invitation to return to 'sthira' and 'sukha' - steadiness and ease. Through conscious breath, prāṇāyāma, slow and mindful āsana, and moments of stillness, we cultivate balance not only in the body, but in the mind and nervous system.
Yofa for Calm & Balance supports the transition from the outer rhythm of the day to a more inward, present state, encouraging awareness, softness, and grounded attention. The practice is gentle yet intentional, guided by breath and aligned with the principles of mindful movement and self-observation, 'svādhyāya'.
