http://www.drelnaggarusama.ro اعراض العقم : العرض الرئيسي للعقم هو عدم حدوث الحمل. وربما لا تكون له أي أعراض أخرى واضحة. ولكن أحيانًا تشمل الأعراض عدم انتظام الدورات الشهرية أو انقطاعها لدى المصابات بالعقم. وفي بعض الحالات، تظهر على الرجال المصابين بالعقم بعض العلامات التي تشير لوجود مشاكل هرمونية، مثل التغيرات في نمو الشعر أو الوظيفة الجنسية.
غير أنه في نهاية المطاف يُرزق معظم الأزواج بالحمل سواءً مع استخدام العلاج أو بدونه. متى يجب مراجعة الطبيب ؟! • اذا بلغت من العمر 35 عامًا أو أكثر، ويحاولن الحمل لمدة ستة أشهر أو أكثر
• كن أكبر من 40 عامًا
• كان لديهن عدم انتظام في فترات الطمث أو غيابه
• تعرَّضْنَ لألم شديد أثناء فترات الطمث
• كان لديهنَّ مشكلات بالخصوبة
• تم تشخيص إصابتهن بانتباذ بطانة الرحم أو مرض الأمعاء الالتهابي
• تعرَّضْن للإجهاض التلقائي لمرات متعددة
• إذا خضعن لعلاج السرطان
يجب على الرجال التحدث إلى مزود الرعاية الصحية في الحالات التالية:
• انخفاض عدد الحيوانات المنوية أو مشكلات أخرى ذات صلة
• تاريخ مرضي للإصابة بأمراض بالخصية أو البروستاتا أو مشكلات جنسية
• خضعوا لعلاج السرطان
• خصيتان صغيرتان، أو تورُّم كيس الصفن
• وجود أفراد آخرين في العائلة لديهم مشكلات في الخصوبة
