we are fast forward generation and we would like to have a fit & strong body in just 10 - 20 minutes workouts, once or twice per week

unfortunately, that's not quite possible 🤷‍♀️

i know and emphasise the feeling when the practice, like Bikram Yoga, is for 90 minutes

but in order to keep the body in a good, healthy shape and free of pain, it's impossible to have positive results practicing just 10-20 minutes sessions once per week

even in physiotherapy the sessions are 30 - 40 minutes long, but must be done 2 - 3 times per day and 3-4 times per week.

MYTH: moving from high lunge or warrior 1 to warrior 2 will grind away your hip joint

the movement from high lunge or warrior 1 to warrior 2 has a moderate intensity in range of motion for your leg

actually, it helps preventing "grind away the hip joint" which is related to arthritis

the hips are very strong joints that can withstand huge load and a variety of directional forces. in fact the more varied load profiles, through a variety of movements they're exposed to, the more resilient their adaptation
