There are moments in life when some princesses choose to leave their kingdom
To reflect … to understand …and accept some mistakes they made
Papers they signed without reading the terms and conditions
Decisions they’ve made driven by fear and pressure
Ballrooms they attended in order to impress somebody…
Betrayals that occurred behind their back that left them speechless for a while
All these events take the princess to that point where her heart is on fire
You can't help but think...you can't help but wonder…
Why is it so difficult to forgive ourselves for the mistakes we make and move on?!
I like to imagine the mistakes as Teachers who appear on our path in order to show us something…
That honestity is a precious map we can use in life…
That treating ourselves with kindness and love might help in the recovery process
That even the ones who betray and put all their effort to kick us out ….right before doing this cruel and hurtful act…they actually betray themselves…
It is about them … not about you…
Understanding your mistakes and looking at them from a broader perspective it takes some time.
And there are moments in life when you have to leave in order to reconfigure your traiectory.
In the moments of leaving the kingdom you once lead with the knowledge and resources you had, you ask yourself many questions.
Some regrets start to appear …
What if I had paid more attention to some signs … What if I had made a better strategy in order to avoid some things…. What if I had chosen better the people in whom I can trust … What if I had chosen a different land … what if I Had listened to my inner voice that was yelling at me to stop and have more patience….
As you can notice there is a hurricane of thoughts that come and go while you find yourself in a process of leaving. It is not easy especially when you expected a different result. It hurts to accept the reality and understand why some things happened in this way.
You will have to do this sooner or later in order to move on.
For the princesses who discovered in their leaving process that they never belonged to the kingdom they were forced to lead…
the leaving itself can be the passport to something else.
They might cry for a while and think about the time and friends they lost, but soon they will start to feel the sweet taste of the freedom they never had.
I truly hope these princesses will find their true land one day …
The world is so big. Anything is possible …
For the princesses once they signed some papers without reading the terms and conditions, a pair of glasses could help next time …and not that kind of normal glasses everybody uses… They could use for a better and deeper understanding the glasses of their inner soul and decide if the thing they sign for is worth to put in practice.
For the princesses who wattered each flower of their beloved kingdom ….kingdom that brought them joy, peace and meaning, the leaving process can look as a trip to hell.
Many tears will fall from the eyes of the child who once believed that he could achieve all his dreams. Choosing to leave something you love is extremely hard. Not being in touch with your passion will hunt you for the rest of your life. You will spend many nights crying, wondering and arguing with those people who kicked you out.
Even tho, it’s never too late to come back to something you love and rebuild your kingdom from 0. Passion is important in all the aspects of our life. It is the thing that makes our soul vibrate.
If you find yourself in any situation of what I have mentioned before… if you did mistakes, if you pleased others, if you got betrayed, if you attended some ballrooms, if you chose to leave… if you chose to come back, If you chose to stay ….I hope in your journey…you will remember the kingdom of your own heart.
Nothing is fixed in this life … mistakes are part of our growth process and without them we couldn’t evolve and understand ourselves better.
In life you neither win nor lose, neither fail nor succeed.
In life you grow, you learn, you discover. You write , you delete, You rewritte. It is spun, unraveled and spun again. In life, you overcome and live again.
