Dacă amâni de câteva luni sau poate chiar și ani să faci schimbări pozitive în stilul tău de viață, atunci
trebuie să îți spun ceva..

Cu siguranță și tu știi asta, dar îți place să te ascunzi..

Îți place să te ascunzi în ceva ce nu există, într-o iluzie!

Cum ar fi să îți spun că toată viața ta ai trăit într-o minciună?

Cum ar fi să îți spun că NU există

⏰Momentul potrivit

Ești ceea ce faci nu ceea ce gândești!

Dacă ți-ai aloca cel puțin atât timp pentru a face schimbări, pe cât timp acorzi gândindu-te ce bine ar fi să faci schimbări..

De ce crezi că momentul potrivit este în viitor?

De ce crezi că în viitor vei avea mai mult timp, energie și chef pentru ceva ce este important pentru tine acum?

Și ce dacă apar obstacole?

O persoană care are succes a dat greș de mai multe ori decât o persoană care a renunțat!

Cum ar fi să îți spun că NU există

🛋Zona de confort

Zona de confort este acel ceva unde se nasc întrebările ‘ce ar fi dacă?’

Zona de confort devine inconfortabilă în scurt timp pentru că nimic bun nu s-a născut vreodată acolo!

Pe termen scurt pare o soluție potrivită, dar pe termen lung în zona de confort se nasc

❌Frustrări
❌Calitate slabă a vieții
❌Tristețe
❌Plictiseală

Și lista continuă

Nu îți place să îți asumi riscuri?
Vrei să mergi ‘pe sigur?’

Este un singur lucru sigur..

și anume că nimic nu este sigur!

Reading a book📚 before bedtime may help you burn bellyfat🔥

Poor sleep quality is one of the major causes of health problems and obesity😴

🍔Did you know that a person who slept less than 6 hours a night will eat up to 30% more calories the next day, than someone who slept full 8 hours?

🍰Someone who is sleep deprived will also have stronger sweet cravings

Most people sleep around 6 hours a night and consider it enough, because when you are sleep deprived for long enough, you won’t even notice that your performances are poor😞

You can eat healthy, exercise daily, but if you have poor sleep quality, your results will be poor.

⚠️If you slept 6 hours the night following your workout, just don’t do the workout!
Fail to do so and you will do more harm than good

🔨Start working on your sleep quality!
This may sound simple, but it’s really hard!

📵Especially given the fact that we have screens and wireless gadgets all over the place

Today we are celebrating our first 4 weeks of collab with 🎉

📱I remember when we had our first talk that she had serious issues with staying on her phone before going to sleep

So one of her habits I set was Digital Detox every night!

Now this may sound unimportant, because most probably you are doing the same.

🤔Then you wonder why your sleep quality is really bad and you feel the urge to eat sweets

Digital detox is a really important habit that I recommend you start doing asap!

🧬Did your know that exposing yourself to LED lights prior bedtime suppresses your melatonin levels by up to 75% in the next 2 hours?
So even if you feel you have deep sleep, your sleep quality is compromised😴

So what happened to Daniela?

As you can see, she is struggling in the weekends, and you may think 2/7 days won’t do harm, but most fitness journeys get compromised because of the weekends😞

But still, from a digital zombie, finding it hard to wake up in the morning, she managed to shift her workouts to 5 AM😱 and she is crushing it!💯

If you are a guy that eats healthy and works out, but can’t get the results you expect, then you should search for some unhealthy habits you have😷

Maybe you sleep 6 hours or less a night
Maybe you stay on your phone before bedtime
Maybe you drink alcohol too often
Maybe you are too stressed
Maybe you don’t go outside enough
Maybe..

🤔You know, there is much more to it than Working Out and Eating Healthy

⏳It takes about 21 days to form a new habit and 66 days on average for a new behaviour to become automatic.

made some serious changes during the first 8 weeks of our collaboration:
✅Start sleeping 8h a night
✅Stop eating sugar
✅Digital detox before bedtime
✅Stop smoking
✅Abstain from alcohol
✅Cold showers after workouts

🔎Scan your behaviours and write a list of healthy vs unhealthy ones

Be honest with yourself!

Then start changing the unhealthy ones to healthy habits

How many times have you felt that after one Cheat Meal or one single Binge Eating your Diet was a Lost Cause?😢

Yeah-yeah! And? We all make mistakes!

⚠️The important thing is what are you going to do after you made the mistake?

🤔Give up or learn from it?

Look, I know you will still do these things from time to time after reading this.. so I wrote some tips on

🧬How to Recover after Binge Eating:

1. Don’t starve yourself, continue eating
2. Avoid skipping meals
3. Get back to your normal routines
4. Keep well hydrated
5. Deal with your emotions and stress
6. Forget the scale and focus on developing healthy habits

✅Things to do after a Cheat Meal:

👉Continue Normally as you would otherwise
👉No regrets. Plan ahead for your next Cheat Meal (hopefully at least 7 days apart)
👉Don’t blame. Rather think: what did I learn?

⏳The BEST and SIMPLEST habbit you can adopt not to binge eat again is Intermittent Fasting 8/16

⏱It’s very simple: eat in an 8 hour window 2-3 meals and Fast for the next 16 hours

I don’t want you to feel like you have restrictions, I wish you solutions💪

Just got over the 20th week and as the belly is getting bigger and bigger🤰while .dvsk is staying active during pregnancy

Now some women might boo me for what I will write here, but I have to uncover the BS about pregnancy cravings🍰

I am not saying that pregnancy cravings don’t exist and I am not saying that they are regular cravings.. hell they’re 10x stronger🍕

So these cravings have to be fulfilled. You can have a cheat meal 1-2x a week and even eat healthy versions of unhealthy food you crave🤷‍♂️

But..

📣STOP using pregnancy as an excuse to eat crap all day long!

I know you all want healthy babies🐣
But if you really want this, then why do you feed your little one with crappy food?

No, the baby doesn’t need junk food to be healthy!

No, you will not have a miscarriage if you don’t fulfill your desires and stuff yourself with unhealthy food🤦‍♂️

Oh, and GUYS.. stay strong! Don’t let your woman beslave you for everyday grocery shopping😂

If you are pregnant and wish to be active, consult with your doctor and start doing exercises under strict supervision of an expert🩺

So far so good, Corina is very strong💪

I also have to be strong to put up with all these moodswings she surprises me with😅

Is this something you WANT or something you HAVE TO HAVE?

If it is not something you have to have, then you will not obtain it.

Is it crucial for you to get in shape?

🎯Alright, then set your GOALS

❌NOT something like:
‘I want to get in shape’

✅But set DETAILED EXACT GOALS like
‘I want to lose 10kg of bodyfat, gain 3kg of muscle and get 50% stronger by the end of November’

👉Yes, it needs sacrifices
👉Yes, it needs effort
👉Yes, it needs time
👉Yes, it needs money

This is why not everyone can get in shape..

So if you are not where you’d like to be with your current shape, ask yourself:

🤔Is this something I WANT or something I HAVE TO HAVE?
🤔Is this IMPORTANT NOW or CAN IT WAIT A FEW MORE MONTHS/YEARS?

Dar știai că dacă te speli cu săpun după expunerea la soare, papa vitamina D?

Și atunci care e soluția? Stăm jegoși 3 zile după expunerea la soare?

Nu, ne spălăm cu săpun doar subraț și zonele intime, pe restul suprafețelor doar cu apă. Credeți-mă că nu veți mirosi!

Odată ce am înțeles acest lucru, timp de ani de zile m-am documentat și experimentat pe mine diferite metode de a ajunge la corpul mult visat. În urmă cu 5 ani am luat decizia că sunt pregătit să ajut și alte persoane. În acest timp am colaborat cu peste 200 persoane, care și-au atins obiectivele fitness și au adoptat un stil de viață sănătos. Te provoc să îți atingi și tu obiectivele fitness. Hai în echipa mea! Împreună suntem mai puternici: regulile mele, rezulatele tale!
