14 year old male patient came to our orthodontic office being concerned about the spacing in the upper arch. Total treatment time was 2 years and 10 months.

A 13 year old female, class III skeletal, with mild crowding in the upper arch, proclined upper incisors, and moderate crowding in the lower arch. Treatment plan included the extractions of the first bicuspids in each quadrant.

14 year old patient who was concerned about her protruded teeth while smiling and misalignment of upper and lower arch. Patient was treated by extracting upper and lower second bicuspids, flattening the Curve of Spee and class II mechanics.

18 year old patient transfer case. She was treated for 20 months before coming to our office. Patient’s main concern was the deviated lower midline. Mandible was deviated to the left, due to a premature contact of the rotated upper left first and second bicuspids and lower left second bicuspid. Before continuing treatment, lower left second bicuspid was debonded and had buttons placed for derotation. Furthermore, all second molars were also bonded. Total treatment time was 10 months.

▪️Flatten the curve of Spee
▪️Intrussion of upper and lower incisors

Tratamentul interceptiv cu disjunctor, mască facială Delaire și aparat parțial cu brackets este utilizat în ortodonție pediatrică pentru corectarea timpurie a problemelor de creștere și dezvoltare dento-maxilară. Disjunctorul lărgește transversal maxilarul, iar masca Delaire stimulează avansarea maxilarului superior în cazurile de ocluzie inversă. Aparatul parțial cu brackets aliniează dinții anteriori sau ghidează erupția dentară, pregătind arcada pentru un tratament ortodontic complet ulterior.
