A very interesting article written in French by Caroline Verzat - Professor at Novancia Business School Paris, co-founder of the Alice-lab association- on the following subject:
Entrepreneurship irrigates more and more political discourses in Europe. As many observers and researchers point out, the entrepreneurial skills is not the specific skill of creating a business, but a more fundamental transversal skill, upstream. The goal of the policies is to prepare young people for a non-linear career path in a context of economic uncertainty and permanent change. The best answer would be that everyone can become enterprising, regardless of the job they do, entrepreneur or not. That is to say, he can readjust and rebuild his skills relentlessly so as to keep the opportunity to practice and to recognize his talents, hoping that the whole society is better off.
The Alice-lab association (www.alice-lab.com ) aims to design and promote, through a research and development activity, new forms of learning, training and teaching of innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship.
