🟢 Orteză radiocarpiană personalizată – imobilizare funcțională cu design individual. 🟢

👉 În cadrul Osteopharm, dezvoltăm soluții ortotice personalizate utilizând tehnologii avansate, destinate managementului afecțiunilor musculoscheletale. Vă prezentăm o orteză radiocarpiană realizată pentru imobilizarea articulației pumnului în indicații terapeutice, post-traumatice sau post-operatorii.

👉 Dispozitivul este produs prin scanare 3D, modelare digitală, ceea ce permite obținerea unei conformații anatomice precise și a unei distribuții uniforme a presiunii, crescând eficiența biomecanică a ortezei.

❗ Imprimarea 3D este realizată cu un material de generație nouă, caracterizat prin:

✅ rigiditate și stabilitate dimensională
✅ rezistență crescută la solicitări mecanice
✅ compatibilitate bună cu tegumentele

🟢 Orteză craniană personalizată 🟢

În cadrul procesului de recuperare post-craniotomie, protecția zonei craniene este esențială pentru siguranța pacientului.
Această orteză craniană de protecție a fost realizată printr-un proces complet personalizat, ce a inclus:

✅ Scanarea 3D a craniului pacientului
✅ Proiectarea digitalizată a ortezei
✅ Printare 3D de înaltă precizie, utilizând materiale ușoare și biocompatibile.

⚙️ Designul a fost realizat de Prisacariu Cristian, tehnician ortezist‑protezist și specialist în design 3D al soluțiilor ortopedice, în cadrul firmei Osteopharm. Soluția a fost concepută pentru a asigura protecție optimă, confort și adaptabilitate în perioada postoperatorie. 🦾

🟢 Osteopharm Ltd (Romania), a member of the consortium involved in the NerveRepack project – a research initiative funded by the Chips Joint Undertaking under the Horizon Europe program – has completed the mechatronic structure of the second prototype of the bionic hand, which will be showcased at Romania’s pavilion at Expo Osaka 2025, Japan.🇷🇴🇯🇵🦾

The prototype was developed in collaboration with the Institutul National de Cercetare Dezvoltare pentru Microtehnologie - IMT Bucuresti, the coordinator of the European NerveRepack research project.

This new version includes several essential technical improvements compared to the initial prototype:

✅ The hand design has been revised to offer a more anatomical appearance with smoother, more natural lines.

✅ A spring mechanism was added to fingers II–III–IV–V for passive flexion, helping to prevent damage from potential accidents during use.

✅ The thumb positioning structure has been redesigned with three distinct manual positions.

✅ Many subassemblies were 3D printed using more durable materials.

✅ The structure is designed for neural control, enabling bidirectional interfacing with the ulnar and median nerves via implanted electrodes.

✅ Each finger includes resistive pressure sensors, essential for bidirectional communication, sensory feedback, and improved motion control.

This second prototype marks a significant advancement toward the development of a neurally controlled exoprosthetic system aimed at improving upper limb prosthesis functionality.

The project continues through collaboration with partners from multiple European countries, employing advanced solutions in mechatronics, neurotechnology, and biomedical engineering.

A third prototype will follow, featuring a custom protective glove. It will be used for prosthetic fitting of the patient who will receive implanted electrodes.

A deréktájékot X alakban merevítők erősítik, a gerinc mellett a háti csigolyákig felnyúló rugalmas sínezet a háti szakaszt támasztják meg.Használható a háti és ágyéki gerinc rögzítésére, megtámasztására, nagyobb fokú mozgás biztosítása mellett. Háti-ágyéki spondylosis, discopathia, tartási hibák korrekciója valamint idősebb korban a gerinc degeneratív elváltozásai esetén használható.
Corset toraco-lombo-sacral :
Se utilizează în caz de hernii de disc, lombalgii, post intervenţii chirurgicale, osteoporoză, susţinerea coloanei dorso-lombare.Cele 2 atele laterale și cele 2 atele paravertebrale lungi stabilizează regiunea dorso-lombară reducând ușor lordoza și cifoza, iar compresia pe care o exercită benzile elastice stimulează metabolismul local, reducând tensiunea musculară și durerea. Cele 2 benzi elastice care cuprind umerii şi sunt fixate pe torace, corectează prin tracţiune poziţia trunchiului. Este un corset tradiţional elastic care, datorită materialului, permite o respiraţie toraco-abdominală normală, asigurând în același timp o compresie uniformă pe toată suprafaţa acoperită.

🦾 Osteopharm, member of the NerveRepack project.
NerveRepack – a research project funded by the Chips Joint Undertaking , Horizon Europe.
The first prototype of the hand was designed by Osteopharm within the NerveRepack project.
The mechatronic structure of the hand was designed in 2024 by the Osteopharm team involved in NerveRepack, and the first 3D-printed and assembled prototype was completed at the beginning of 2025.
The electronic control unit is currently under development by our consortium partners. The initial prototype incorporates motors exclusively within the thumb and index finger.
The hand will function with neural control and command, being bidirectionally connected to the patient's ulnar and median nerves.
A new mechatronic concept using Faulhaber micromotors with a gearbox and a lead screw.The hand features five functional fingers, a proximal and distal phalanx, and a thumb with three distinct positions, enabling a wide variety of gripping movements.
Each finger structure includes a resistive pressure sensor to achieve bidirectionality of the exoprosthesis by connecting the designed hand to bidirectional electrodes implanted in the residual limb of the forearm.
The modifications to the hand design have been determined for the second prototyping. In the course of 2025, we will develop the second prototype.

🎓 🦿 Am avut onoarea să găzduim reprezentanții partenerilor noștri, Ottobock - lider mondial în domeniul protezării, în cadrul unei sesiuni educative și interactive. În timpul vizitei lor, am avut privilegiul să participăm la un curs deosebit despre scanarea 3D a bontului de gambă, designul digital al cupei protetice și procesul de fabricație al cupei protezei externe prin tehnici avansate precum frezarea CNC sau imprimarea 3D. Această întâlnire a oferit o perspectivă amplă asupra inovațiilor tehnologice de vârf din domeniu și a consolidat parteneriatul nostru în călătoria comună de a oferi soluții avansate și personalizate pentru pacienții noștri.
Mulțumim sincer echipei Ottobock pentru implicare și pentru contribuția valoroasă adusă în domeniul protezării. 🦿🔝
