Support Coordinator for Temporary Workers (M/F)
Full-time - One Position Available
Are you passionate about supporting and guiding our flex workers during their stay in Retie? If so, you could be the perfect fit for our team!
Key Responsibilities:
🔸 Serve as the first point of contact for new employees regarding accommodation and transport, assisting with their arrival.
🔸 Handle the onboarding process, including BSN registration, moving, and first-day work information.
🔸 Plan transport schedules, inform drivers, and arrange replacements if needed.
🔸 Coordinate to ensure timely arrival of employees at their workplace.
🔸 Assign vehicles to drivers and manage related tasks such as private driving information, refueling, and car administration.
🔸 Monitor mileage, report usage, and relocate temporary workers as required.
🔸 Accompany employees to municipal offices and other appointments.
🔸 Enforce residence rules and apply sanctions if necessary.
🔸 Provide information about job termination and departure procedures.
🔸 Distribute company items (e.g., shoes, aprons).
🔸 Publish daily schedules and inform employees.
🔸 Assist with transportation to doctor's appointments.
Ideal Candidate:
🔸 Highly responsible, capable of handling stressful situations, and organized.
🔸 Flexible, with strong organizational and leadership skills.
🔸 Professional attitude towards work.
🔸 Friendly and communicative, enjoys working with people.
🔸 Proficient in English (and/or Dutch).
🔸 Valid driving license with at least 2 years of experience.
🔸 Minimum secondary education.
🔸 Available for shift work, including weekends (on-call).
What We Offer:
🔸 Permanent position, 40 hours per week.
🔸 Competitive rate of €16 per hour.
🔸 Opportunity for a contract after the trial period.
🔸 Essential work tools provided: car, computer, and phone.
