I am a UK-trained Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist (background) and Trauma Recovery Consultant, specialising in coercive dynamics, complex trauma, and high-functioning professional recovery.
With over 16 years in medicine and more than 13 years in psychiatry, I combine clinical expertise, psychological insight, and holistic approaches to help individuals and professionals navigate and recover from manipulative or controlling environments.
During my forensic psychiatry training in the UK, I was awarded the John Hamilton Fellowship from the Royal College of Psychiatrists for my project “Attitudes towards patients with a diagnosis of personality disorder” and was humbled to be added to the Roll of Honour of the Royal College of Psychiatrists.
I have trained extensively in personality disorder assessment, trauma-informed interventions, and holistic integrative psychiatry, with experience in evidence-informed approaches including CBT, CAT, brief psychodynamic therapy, and MBT.
Beyond psychiatry, I have pursued advanced trauma and mind-body modalities — including EMDR, Brainspotting, RTT, BWRT, and hypnosis — which inform my trauma recovery frameworks internationally.
I provide trauma-informed recovery consulting, psychoeducation, and structured support for individuals recovering from high-conflict or coercive dynamics.
I also offer case consultation for professionals and therapists working with complex trauma or manipulative relationships.
My practice is internationally oriented and consultative and does not constitute medical or psychiatric treatment.
