Yoga is a holistic form of exercise that focus on both body and mind through a moving meditation linking breath to each movement, working your body and mind simultaneously. Its aim is to build, stretch and relax muscles, align the body, detox internal organs, still the mind and bring increased clarity and internal focus to your life. My aim in my Ashtanga Flow classes is to help you start your yoga journey, bring people together to feel the great benefits of yoga and practice daily.
