🔋〰️Although many people use the term “adrenal fatigue” the proper term is “adrenal inefficiency” 〰️🔋 We all have our bouts of being worn out, but adrenal fatigue can leave you feeling tired even when you haven’t done anything that requires energy.🙇‍♀️Being in a constant state of tiredness can make someone feel run down and in desperate need of a nap. You might have trouble getting up in the morning, even after a sufficient sleep. This excessive tiredness will also make small or mundane tasks feel overwhelmingly large and stressful because you just don’t seem to have the energy.🔋

This has been very common for our modern reality overall, and particularly since covid it has been sky high… which is absolutely understandably. Below are just a few signs that are worth noting as many of you have asked us, “how do I know if it’s adrenal fatigue”? And here’s some good news, you can absolutely recover from it with healing foods, balancing circadian rhythms, stress management, mental health practices like meditation and more, and adaptogenic herbs like some in this chart.

Here are some common signs of potential adrenal inefficiency:
- feel dizzy standing up
- more energy in the evenings
