Our company produce ultrasound cavitational installation deep processing of oil, fuel oil, regeneration of used oils and viscosity reduction. Technology of ultrasonic cavitation processing of oil products in the petrochemical industry renders possibility to:
- Increase the output of distillate fractions from crude oil by 5-15% (pre-cracking processing).
- Prepare high performance multicomponent oils, lubricants, special fluids and chemicals (additives)
- Compound effectively dark and light oil products with significant cost savings
- Decrease in viscosity and density of oil by 20-40% when preparing oil for transportation
- Make processing of DF (diesel fuel) in order to improve technical and consumer characteristics
- Refining (purification) technology of waste oils (transformer, compressor and turbine)
