Iam not going to tell how to use it, we all know about shaking it, removing the cap, etc.
☑️ But you really need to be seated for 20 seconds or something, while taking the dose especially after embracing your breath.

❌ Don’t rush or make any sudden movements, stand directly after taking the dose, Don’t take it while standing or deeply squatting.

⚠️ Holding the breath for almost 10 seconds, plus sudden movements plus gravity may affect the brain blood flow, blood pressure, which leads to dizziness, fainting, slightly lack of oxygen, losing consciousness and finally fall down very badly to the ground, it would be worse in case of sharp or metal objects are around.

✅ Take the inhaler while seating and remain seated for 20 seconds.

📌 Heimlich Maneuver | Abdominal Thrusts can be a life saver while addressing people who are suffocating when they are eating for example or the airway got obstructed by any foreign object❗️

What we should do❓

🟡 Call for professional assistance and start directly the emergency aid.

🟢 When you identify that the person can’t speak or cough you should:

• Stand behind the person, wrap your arms around the person’s waist.
• Make a Fist by Placing your fist just above the person’s navel, below the ribcage.
• Grasp your fist with your other hand and pull inward and upward in a quick motion as ( J ) shape.
• Repeat thrusts until the object is expelled and the person can breathe or the person becomes unconscious (CPR NEEDED, till the help arrives)

⚠️ Special Cases:

For pregnant or larger individuals, use chest thrusts instead.
For infants, use back slaps and chest thrusts instead of abdominal thrusts.

⭕️ General Tips/Info p7 ⭕️

📌 One of the important medical procedures to follow while dealing with anyone who has just experienced a trauma (car accident, gunshot, wounds, etc) is to keep them Alert and Awake ❗️

Why we should do that ❓

• To reduce the aggravation of the injury: Keeping the person awake allows to assess the responsiveness and condition, unless it may indicate a worsening situation, such as shock or severe blood loss, etc.

• ⁠To prevent the obstruction of the airway: When the person faint out the tongue may relax and block the airway, which will increase the risk of choking.

• ⁠To monitor the symptoms: If the person still conscious, they can share important details about their condition, where they feel pain or if they are experiencing dizziness or nausea, what kind of medication they have, allergies, etc.

• To help in stabilizing Psychological status: Engaging with the person can provide emotional reassurance and help them remain calm in a distressing situation and reduce the psychological disorders in the long term.

• ⁠To be easily transported to the medical support.

🟢 By keeping them awake and engaged, you can increase their chances of survival and ensure that medical providers have the necessary information to provide effective treatment.

📌 One of the medical issues that a health care provider should be aware of is “SEIZURE”

🔴 What is Seizure ❔

• Seizure is not a specific condition, we can call it epilepsy and there are many reasons that may cause it like “drugs, head injuries, infections, high fever, insulin shock”

🟡 How you could notice Seizures ❓

• The person maybe start to:
- Feel hot sensation.
- Move physically from the source of danger.

• Seizure can be ( Mild - Moderate - Severe )
It can start and finish in seconds or lasts involving ( Uncontrollable muscle spasms - Rigidity - Loss of consciousness - Loss of bladder and bowel control - Lack of breathing )

🟢 How we should react in Seizure ❔

- First we should call for professional help and till it comes inshallah we :
- Take all the things that can hurt the person away from him like metal, sharp objects.
- Don’t restrain the person.
- Don’t put anything in the mouth.
- Loosen clothes.
- Turn the person on the side to allow fluids to drain.
- Start CPR, rescue breathing, if needed.
