VISITE DE TERRAIN ET PREMIÈRE RÉUNION D’INFORMATION DES PARENTS - 08/12/2025
🍲Projet : 500 To School & Meal 2026🥰
Dans le cadre du lancement des activités de suivi scolaire du projet 500 To School & Meal 2026, une équipe de bénévoles d’Inkuruzabato Comummunity Based Rwanda a effectué une visite de terrain auprès des enfants bénéficiaires scolarisés à PS Gitwe et GS Maranyundo, dans le secteur de Nyamata, district de Bugesera.
🏫 Visite du matin – PS Gitwe🥰
La mission a débuté dans la matinée à PS Gitwe, où les ont rencontré les enfants bénéficiaires en classe.
Cette visite a permis d’observer leur participation aux cours, leur comportement scolaire ainsi que les conditions générales d’apprentissage.
Les constats ont montré que les suivent régulièrement les cours et évoluent dans un environnement scolaire favorable.
🏫 Visite de l’après-midi – GS Maranyundo🥰
Dans l’après-midi, l’équipe s’est rendue à GS Maranyundo pour une visite similaire auprès des enfants .
Là également, la situation scolaire a été jugée satisfaisante, avec des enfants présents en classe et engagés dans leurs .
👥 Première réunion d’information des parents – GS Maranyundo🥰
À l’issue des visites scolaires, une première réunion d’information des parents a été organisée à GS Maranyundo, réunissant les parents des enfants bénéficiaires des deux écoles (PS Gitwe et GS Maranyundo).🥰🥰
Cette réunion avait pour objectifs :
• de présenter officiellement le projet 500 To School & Meal 2026,
• d’expliquer ses objectifs et activités,
• de poser les bases de la collaboration entre parents, enfants, écoles et Inkuruzabato Comummunity Bases - Rwanda,
• et de sensibiliser les parents à leur rôle clé dans le suivi scolaire et la réussite éducative de leurs enfants.
Cette première rencontre a marqué une étape importante dans la mise en œuvre du projet et a permis d’établir un cadre de collaboration et de dialogue avec les familles.
🙏 Inkuruzabato Conmunity Based Rwanda remercie les directions des écoles, les enseignants, les parents et les bénévoles pour leur disponibilité et leur engagement en faveur de l’éducation et du bien-être des enfants.

📌 FIELD VISIT AND FIRST PARENT INFORMATION MEETING- 08th-12-2025
Project: 500 To School & Meal 2026
As part of the launch of school monitoring activities under the 500 To School & Meal 2026 Project, a team of Inkuruzabato Rwanda volunteers conducted a field visit to beneficiary children enrolled at PS Gitwe and GS Maranyundo, located in Nyamata Sector, Bugesera District.
🏫 Morning Visit – PS Gitwe
The mission began in the morning at PS Gitwe, where volunteers met beneficiary children in their classrooms. The visit allowed the team to observe students’ learning behavior, class participation, and overall learning conditions.
Findings indicated that children attend classes regularly and study in a supportive environment.
🏫 Afternoon Visit – GS Maranyundo
In the afternoon, the team visited GS Maranyundo to conduct a similar follow-up with beneficiary children. The learning situation was also found to be satisfactory, with children present in class and actively engaged in their studies.
👥 First Parent Information Meeting – GS Maranyundo🥰
Following the school visits, a first parent information meeting was held at GS Maranyundo, bringing together parents of beneficiary children from both schools (PS Gitwe and GS Maranyundo).
The objectives of this meeting were to:
• officially introduce the 500 To School & Meal 2026 Project,
• present its objectives and planned activities,
• establish a framework for collaboration between parents, children, schools, and Inkuruzabato Conmunity Based - Rwanda,
• and raise awareness among parents about their essential role in supporting their children’s education.
This initial meeting marked an important milestone in the implementation of the project and laid the foundation for ongoing cooperation and dialogue with families.

🏫 Uruzinduko rwo mu gitondo – PS Gitwe
Uruzinduko rwatangiriye mu gitondo kuri PS Gitwe, aho abakorerabushake basuye abana mu mashuri, bareba uko bitabira amasomo, imyitwarire yabo n’uko imyigire yabo ihagaze muri rusange. Byagaragaye ko abana bitabira amasomo neza kandi bigira mu miterere iboneye.
🏫 Uruzinduko rwa nyuma ya saa sita – GS Maranyundo
Nyuma ya saa sita, itsinda ryerekeje kuri GS Maranyundo , aho ryasanze abana bahari mu mashuri kandi bakurikira amasomo yabo neza.
👥 Inama ya mbere yo kwakira ababyeyi b'ibigo byombi–kuri GS Maranyundo
Nyuma y’izi ngendo zombi, habaye inama ya mbere yo kwakira babyeyi yabereye kuri GS Maranyundo, ihuza ababyeyi b’abana b**a kuri PS Gitwe na GS Maranyundo.
Iyi nama yari igamije:
• kumenyekanisha ku mugaragaro umushinga 500 To School & Meal 2026,
• gusobanura intego n’ibikorwa byawo,
• gushyiraho urwego rw’imikoranire hagati y’ababyeyi, abana, amashuri na Inkuruzabato Conmunity Based Rwanda,
• no gushishikariza ababyeyi kugira uruhare rufatika mu gukurikirana imyigire y’abana babo.
Iyi nama ya mbere yabaye intambwe ikomeye mu itangira ry’umushinga kandi yashyizeho ishingiro ry’ubufatanye n’itumanaho rihoraho n’imiryango y’abana.
