A healthy lifestyle is built on daily choices that protect your body and mind. Let’s Focus on right habits:

1️⃣ Eat a healthy diet
Choose balanced meals rich in vegetables, fruits, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. Proper nutrition strengthens your immune system, maintains a healthy weight, and reduces the risk of chronic diseases like diabetes and hypertension.

2️⃣ Do regular physical exercise
Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate activity most days. Physical exercise boosts cardiovascular health, improves mood, strengthens muscles and bones, and helps control weight.

3️⃣ Manage stress
Chronic stress affects mental and physical health. Practice relaxation techniques like deep breathing, meditation, or journaling. Make time for hobbies, rest, and meaningful connections.

4️⃣ Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption

Today is international day!

🟒 Malaria is a disease caused by a parasite. The parasite is spread to humans through the bites of infected mosquitoes.

🟒Malaria can cause severe illness and death. Infants, children under 5 years, pregnant women, travellers and people with HIV or AIDS are at higher risk.

🟒Severe symptoms include:
extreme tiredness and fatigue
impaired consciousness
multiple convulsions
difficulty breathing
dark or bloody urine
jaundice (yellowing of the eyes and skin)abnormal bleeding

🟒People with severe symptoms should get emergency care right away. Getting treatment early for mild malaria can stop the infection from becoming severe.

🟒Malaria infection during pregnancy can also cause premature delivery or delivery of a baby with low birth weight.
