Two weeks. Ten hospitals — nine rural, one urban. Real change is happening.

Over the past two weeks, the RSOG management team visited 10 hospitals where our faculty is working to strengthen clinical capacity. The visits went beyond oversight — they were an opportunity to listen, learn, and stay closely connected to the realities of care delivery on the ground.

Through the 4x4 Reform, OBGYN training continues to expand beyond urban centers, alongside pediatrics, surgery, and anesthesia — strengthening both service delivery and clinical learning where it is needed most.

Residents are learning in real time.
Faculty are embedded in hospitals, providing hands-on mentorship and strengthening clinical teams.
Hospitals are becoming stronger, more structured, and more resilient.

The impact is evident: improved care, stronger teams, and declining maternal mortality.

Two years on — meaningful change is taking shape where it matters most.
