5. Assess Patient Personally - Check Airway & Allergies
6. Check Drugs & Apparatus
7. Always Have A Plan B
8. Never Leave An Anesthetized Patient Unattended
9. When Ventilating Check The Chest Is Moving
10. With Spontaneous Breathing Check The Resevoir Bag Is Moving
11. Before giving Oxygen,, Check SpO2,,
12. Before Administering A Drug Intravenously check Blood Pressure
13. Always Ensure That Oxygen Is Turned On And Check For Leaks Before Applying The Face Mask
14. Hypotension Needs An Explanation
15. Failed Intubation - Ventilate & Oxygenate
16. Difficult Ventilation. Equipment or Patient ?
17. If In Doubt Take It Out.
