At Ituze Mindfulness& Yoga Center, we beleive that those who nurture others also deserve space to nurture themselves. That’s why, together with different Organizations( Uyisenga ni Imanzi, Unicef, NCDA…) last week we developed a wellness program created for Child Development Agency employees.
Together, we are planting seeds of mindfulness. We thank you for this wonderful opportunity.

24 trauma responsive yoga facilitators from Masoro ( north province), Huye, Ruhango( south province) and Bugesera ( Easter province) have finished 7 day facilitators training. They can’t wait to share the practice in their community. We thank Isôoko Community Development for their support and trust.

This is in Rutsiro district one of our outreach classes. These students finished their trauma responsive yoga in August this year. Ready to share the practice in their community.

Dear Ituze community,
we would like to let you know that
we are having the last classes tomorrow 24th of September 2023. Ituze Mindfulness and Yoga Center is going to focus on outreach classes in Kigali and the rest of the country, however, there will not be a physical center here in Kigali.
