🦠 What You Need to Know About Mpox (Monkeypox) and How to Prevent It 🦠

Mpox (formerly known as Monkeypox) is a viral disease that can spread through close contact with an infected person or animal. Symptoms include fever, swollen lymph nodes, and a distinctive rash.

👨‍⚕️ Prevention Tips:

1. Avoid close contact with anyone showing symptoms, such as rashes or sores.
2. Wash your hands regularly with soap and water.
3. Avoid contact with animals that may carry the virus, such as rodents or primates.
4. Follow guidelines from your healthcare provider if mpox cases are reported in your area.
