Today, staff from Ndera Neuropsychiatric Teaching Hospital hosted a friendly football match with colleagues from Byumba Level II Teaching Hospital. The game ended with a 1–0 victory for the home team. ⚽

Beyond the scoreline, both teams appreciated the importance of sports in promoting staff well-being, managing burnout, and strengthening collaboration between health institutions. 🤝

🕯️A TRIBUTE TO Dr. GASINZIGWA Raphaël

Today marks the final farewell to Dr. GASINZIGWA Raphaël, who passed away on Monday, December 22, 2025.

Dr. GASINZIGWA served as a Medical Doctor at Ndera Hospital for more than 20 years, until his retirement in 2018, including a period during which he served as Medical Director.

The Hospital Management and Staff extend their deepest condolences to the family and wish them strength during these difficult times. May he rest in eternal peace.
