Today we celebrate the immunization of the Masaka Pets!
Owning a pet can be quite costly at times and as a result people abandon them, hence increasing the stray pets population in Rwanda. This influx in the abandoned companion animals' population, leaves our pets in harsh conditions making them prone to mistreatment and infections. Our goal is to educate our communities about the advantages of having and adopting a companion animal, and helping our communities in keeping them healthy and well. Thanks to our great partners, Clinivetkgl PETS LTD, PUM Netherlands senior experts and the Government of Rwanda, today we were able to immunize all rescued and adopted pets in Masaka! We encourage all of you to please join us support this great cause!

The Dr. Rutayisire Alphonse Foundation today made a Free Immunization Campaign in Masaka to ensure the well being of our loved companion animals and prevent infections that might be of harm to our community. Over 100 DOGS were immunized! We are so proud to have been a part of this great deed and we hope that you will all join us in ensuring the protection of our beloved animals nationwide.
