Saudi National Female.Should Have Bachelor degree and minimum experience of 1 to 3 years in HR/Govt Affairs activities. Good Knowledge in English (Reading, writing and speaking). Computer profeciency is required.
1. HR related Memo issuing. Newspaper ads for local recruitment
2. Draft letter to Govt. authorities as and when required (Police, labor office baladia etc.)
3. Arranging Government visa related issues and Recruiting Agency vakala issuing
4. Apply, process and follow up of Visas
5. Handling employee files with relevant documents
6. Update GOSI information’s in the Govt. system (Payroll updating on monthly basis)
7. Registration in SANID program/HRDF fund for new Saudi trainees etc.,
8. Update Muqeem system, Saudi post etc.,
9. Exit/Re-entry visas for the employees, visa extension if required.
10. Uploading monthly wages for employees in Govt. payroll system.
11. Local recruitment and sponsorship transfer.
12. Arrange the candidate for Saudi Medical (new arrivals)
13. Applying for new Iqamas and its timely renewalIKTVA/Saudization plan and its implementation
15. Handling Medical insurance to the employees, cancelling insurance after exit
16. Issuing termination notices to employee and Exit employee GOSI cancellation
17. Employees Job related injuries report to GOSI and reimbursement follow up
18. Staff working time control and timesheets verify.
19. Prepare the Government related ID documents i.e. Marine, KACST etc.,
20. Renewal of CR, Zakath, GOSI, Baladiyah certificates etc.,
21. Work with branch offices HR related issues and Monitor the employees
22. Issuing Authority letter for vehicle drivers
23. Handling Labor office related legal issues.
24. Employee relations, legal compliance, final clearance, penalty memos etc.,
25. Skill Development/Departmental Training of employees and performance monitoring.
26. Employees performance evaluation and promotions
27. Vehicle Estamara renewal through traffic police, issuing plate numbers etc.,
28. Employee job offer and contract preparation
