It is recommended to drink lots of water in summer to prevent dehydration but is drinking only water enough?
In summer, the mouth comes out of the body which causes dehydration. 1 liter of saliva removed from our body means that we are losing 2000 mg of sodium, 500 mg of potassium, 100 mg of magnesium and 3000 mg of chloride causing the body to suffer from electrolytes or salts deficiency. It is important to have enough electrolytes to perform many of the body's activities regularly. Drinking water alone cannot satisfy this deficiency.
Meanwhile some people are drinking soft drinks and market juices that are more harmful than that.
Along with drinking water, some of the drinks and fruits should be consumed that treat the deficiency of salt in the body, some of the mentioned below.

Put lemon and salt in water and drink syrup.
Put salt in the coconut water اوبو. This also fulfills the deficiency of salts in the body.
Electrolyte water can also benefit from it.
Fruits that have enough water and can be eaten in hot weather like watermelon, melon, coconut.

- Mushrooms
- Tomatoes
