A 31-year-old male with right leg pain for six months. His MRI revealed herniated disk at L5/S1. He did not improve with the standard analgesics and physiotherapy. Tubular microdikectomy done with the insertion of the annular closure device (AKA Barricades) with good result.

A young boy presented with headache due to spontaneous subdural hygroma from an arachnoid cyst. He was treated with drainage of the hygroma and cystosubarachnoid fenestration with good outcome.

Endoscopic identefication of the V catheter and fenestration to communicate the trapped ventricle with the remaining ventricular system so they can all be drained by one VPS. The VPS valve was collapsed before the procedure, and after fenestration it pumps nicely. (apology for the iPhone recording because the Storz archiving was not working)
