Jassarah

Jassarah People are born with equally comprehensive sets of unlimited and extraordinary potential and capabilities. Helmi Natto, and Ziad Jarrar. Natto, and Mr.

We aspires not only to be the most excellent and sought-after training center for students and professionals, but also the best, the most competitive, and the most innovative training center for people with disability across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Regardless of age, property, race, physical appearance, disability, socioeconomic class, or gender, each individual possesses and embraces special talents and characteristics that are enough for him/her to achieve excellence and global success. While it is possible that societal inequities may interfere and impede people from attaining their aspirations and ambitions, individuals will always have that special power and capability to reinvent their potentials and to acquire the necessary skills that can advance their capacities and their quality of life. That being said, we, at Jassarah, believe in every person’s capacity to secure a better life, better future, and better opportunities. We are definite that through superior education, support, and proper motivation, we can spur growth and elevate the human person to accomplish the impossible. With the supervision and support of our team of dedicated, trustworthy, and experienced professionals, we aspire to help individuals from all walks of life—students, employees, businessmen, executives, as well as the physically handicapped, the deaf, and the hard-of-hearing individuals—become skilled and competent in their respective fields of specialization. We expect that through quality training and education, we can influence these people to advance their full potentials and become independent and productive assets to the Kingdom.

Established in 2010, Jassarah is the brainchild of three of Saudi Arabia’s most renowned specialists and professionals: Dr. Badr Alshibani, Engr. Our organization was founded with the foremost mission of helping Saudi men and women develop their full potential, ripen their self-confidence, and prepare them for employment. Composed of a team of experts who believes in the human capacity, our approach is simple, engaging, and educating. Our goal is to stimulate the primary principles of self-development and to make our apprentices appreciate and recognize their innate talents and capabilities. Our mentorships/workshops are designed to make an impact, to present people with the tools that they can use every day, tools that require nothing more than a practical approach and an understanding that with time those tools/skills acquired will set the base for personal enhancement and positive development. Special Focus on the Deaf and the Hard-of-Hearing

According to the data provided by the Saudi Association for Hearing Impaired (Saudi-HI) to the World Federation of the Deaf in their 2007 Global Survey Report, there were approximately 100,000 deaf people in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Their education is mostly focused on vocational training; thus, inhibiting them from seeking higher education and from attaining high positions and distinctive ranks in the corporate and professional world. In the estimate of Saudi-HI, there are about 20 deaf schools in the entire country, as of 2007, and a few special education programs in mainstream schools. Though these educational institutions provide specialized programs and instructions to many deaf people in Saudi Arabia, many of these individuals hope to acquire better services and enhanced levels of instruction. They want to increase the number of professional and fluent interpreters in the country, as well as improve the level of education and the number of career opportunities available to them. Moved by this sad reality, Dr. Alshibani, Engr. Jarrar instituted Jassarah, not only as a career development and training center for students, employees, and professionals but also as a top-quality school for people with special needs. We aim to offer exceptional support services to the deaf, the hard-of-hearing individuals, and those with physical disability, as well as job readiness education and trainings to students, employees, entrepreneurs, and executives who seek excellence and success in their respective careers and professions.
