تم تأسيس مركز نما الطبية للتطوير المهني المستمر في القطاع الصحي عام ٢٠٢٠م وحاصل على اعتماد الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية، وجل نشاطات المركز موجهة في مجالات جودة الرعاية الطبية، وسلامة المرضى، و التعليم الطبي والبحث العلمي. ويقوم المركز حاليًا بتوسعة علاقاته التعاونية مع جهات رائدة في التطوير المهني المستمر داخل المملكة وخارجها بهدف الحفاظ على مستوى متقدم في برامجه التدريبية سواءً تلك المخصصة للأفراد العاملين في المجال الصحي أو على مستوى المنشآت الصحية بهدف رفع مستوى الرعاية الطبية المقدمة للمواطن.
تساهم نما الطبية من خلال باحثيها في السعودية - وهم قلب الشركة النابض - بالعمل مع كيانات تقنية عالمية لتطوير أو تكييف حلول مبتكرة في مجالات الصحة الرقمية وإدارة البيانات الاكلينيكية، ويتوقع الإعلان عن أول مشروع مبتكر ومُسجل في الربع الأول من عام ٢٠٢٢م.
اليوم تتعرض اقتصاديات عدة لتحديات قد تؤثر على مستوى الخدمات الطبية المقدمة أو استمراريتها، لذا تقدم نما مجموعة من الخدمات الاستشارية في مجالات عدة تشمل: تقييم فعالية التقنيات الصحية والعلاجية الجديدة، ورفع كفاءات التشغيل، وجمع البيانات الاكلينيكية وخدمات البحث العلمي، وتقويم أنظمة الجودة وغيرها والتي يمكن الاستفادة منها لدى القطاع الحكومي أو الخاص بالمملكة العربية السعودية. Nama Medical is the sole owner of NAMATM. Nama Medical Training Center (NMTC) for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in health specialties was launched in 2020 and received accreditation by the Saudi Commission for Healthcare Specialties (SCFHS). Scopes of interest includes but not limited to: healthcare quality, patient safety, professional medical education, and clinical research. The center has the capacity to apply the most appropriate and up to date teaching format for the subject aiming to maximize the benefits to CPD attendees. The center also provides Workforce Evaluation Program (WEP) which is new service customizable for hospitals and healthcare networks to improve the clinical workforce-performance and then clinical outcomes. Nama invests in developing innovative solutions in digital health that are usable and desirable. We also partner with leading international corporates and institutes to customize their solutions before being effectively adopted in Saudi Arabia. Our collaborative local scientists and experts are the heart of Nama. Our first genuine innovative product is expected to be launched in Q1-2022.
