** Hypertensive Emergency : ( Bp >180/110 )
+ End organ damage ( eg. MI, Stroke, AKI ,etc.. ) ➡️refer to ICU.

** Hypertensive Urgency : ( Bp >180/110 )
+ no End organ damage ➡️oral ACEIs or CCBs
(Gradual decrease of Bp over 24h) then follow up with Internist/Cardiologist.

** Simple hypertension :
( Bp > 140/90 and < 180/110 )

🔴 If already diagnosed and on oral anti hypertensive drugs ➡️refer to Internist/Cardiologist for dose adjustment.

🔴 If newly discovered ➡️ home blood pressure monitoring to confirm that he is a hypertensive patient , if confirmed refer him to Internist/Cardiologist for ttt and lifestyle modifications.

التحليل اللي بيحدد مستوى السكر وتُعدل الجرعات بناءاً عليه هو :
(1) التحليل التراكمي ( متابعه على المدى البعيد كل ٣ شهور ).

(2) التحليل الصايم ( صباحا بعد صيام ٨ ساعات ).

(3) التحليل الفاطر ( بعد أي وجبة بساعتين ).

(4) تحليل قبل كل وجبة وبعدها بساعتين ( فى حالة متابعة جرعات الإنسولين قصير المفعول اللي بيتاخد ٣ مرات فى اليوم ، وطويل المفعول اللي بيتاخد مره يومياً ).

أي تحليل خارج الأوقات دي يبقى إسمه تحليل عشوائي.
